River: (11.76 BB, 2 players) T

Hero shows K 8 (Two Pair, Aces and Eights)
(Pre 43%, Flop 2%, Turn 9%)
MP shows 7 7 (Full House, Sevens full of Aces)
(Pre 57%, Flop 98%, Turn 91%)
MP wins 11.76 BB

It was bounty MTT and BB was sitting out..according to this fact,do you think is bad call to the short stack shove or not?If he shoves something like (22+ A2s+ A8o+ K7s+ KTo+ Q9s+ QJo J9s+ T9s 98s) i have 36% equity,as much i need almost from pot odds(37%)...if he shoves tighter and probably he does as he was very tight player its minus EV i think..whats your opinion guys?Does it worth it even if its -EV(slightly or not) to call for bounty?

Yes, it is a bounty and BB was seating out but you won't beat anything villain shoves with. Maybe with SB, BB, antes, and being deep I can say it can be ok but never a good call IMO of course.

Snap call in a bounty MTT.

Your equity/EV calculation doesn't factor in the bounty, which its value adds chips to the pot. The general rule is that if the buyin+bounty+entry of the tourney is $0.25+$0.25+$0.04 for example and you receive $0.50 for winning a bounty, you add one starting stack to the pot when calculating the equity needed, so without a doubt K8 is an easy call in a bounty MTT if you feel your opponent shoves the range you listed.

Given it's a bounty tournament and BB is sitting out I think it's an easy call.

Whoops, meant to say that to calculate how much a bounty is worth in chips, you take into account the tourney buyin, the starting stack, and the bounty you win by busting out the person.

So if the buyin of the tourney is $0.50 and the bounty is $0.50, the starting stack is 3,000 chips and you win $1 by knocking out the person shoving, you add 2 starting stacks = 6,000 chips to the pot.

Bounty is a specific tournament format, where you play not only to win more chips, but set the task to beat the opponent. In this case, the calculation of only the ICM is not entirely true, because you win not just chips, but the prize for the head. Therefore, your risk is usually more justified, even if the odds of equity are not in your favor.
