Pre flop I could have gone for a 3x maybe, but I didn't want to scare the opponent away.

On the flop I could have Cbet, but OOP I just checked. The opponent has bet 2 out of the 4 times on the flop, both when he was in position, and I thought he would do it again now. The fact that he went all in scared me a bit, because the other times it was just a half pot bet.
I just thought he would have a lot of draws in his range, and a very small chance no a T, so I don't really think folding here is an option.
Question is if it would still be better to have bet this flop OOP, considering the small sample size on his stats?

So he limped? Shows up a bit weird. It's missing the blinds I think.

Anyway, raise bigger pre for sure. Wanna go 3x-3.5x against SB limps. 2x accomplishes nothing.

Would bet the flop, maybe bet the turn depending on what it is and usually check-call river. Easy call after he shoves, it doesn't even make sense to do that with a ten.

Agreed, 3x minimum when HU with this hand. This does 2 things: better value for what is likely the best hand, and makes it much easier to get it all in postflop.

On flop, I'd bet, although you seemed to guess right as he stuffed it in anyway, basically did the work for you. There's no way you should ever consider folding with these stacks and an overpair.

Why were you afraid to put on the river? You have a good hand, and a lack of bet on the turn says that your opponent does not have better.

I think you played it right, except the preflop raise. The check is fine cosidering that he did bet 2 out of 4 times.
