poker stars No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t/t Blinds - 3 players

SB: t620 31 BBs - VPIP: 91, PFR: 45, 3B: 50, AF: 0.0, hands: 11
Hero (BB): t500 25 BBs
BTN: t380 19 BBs - VPIP: 53, PFR: 47, 3B: 67, AF: 0.0, Hands: 15

Pre Flop: (t0) Hero is BB with Q 6
1 fold, SB raises to t30, Hero calls t30

Flop: (t60) J A 2 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks

Turn: (t60) 2 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks

River: (t60) J (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets t80, SB folds

After the villain just checked every street, i thought he wouldn't have anything. On top of that he folds to a bet most of the times, so I overbet the river to get even more fold equity.
I guess there is more chance of winning a split pot against these kind of players that fold a lot, but against better players not. I think they would call more often in these spots, which means more split pots and more lost pots. Especially me being in position and checking both flop and turn.
Is this bet +EV, or am I going to be looked up on the river too often, even by these small stake players?

River bet here is fine. Villain never has Ax/Jx/2x here so we may as well bet to try and get him off of a chop, your sizing is good.

Yeah completely fine this, you can rep the jack and he's capped.
