I would personally pushed with 21bb here.. It's already 3500 in the pot before your move and you have one limper.. 3bet must been much bigger lol Just my opinion. You're out of luck here mate.

With 21 bbs here we don't have any 3bet folds and personally I won't slow play AA here against two opponents. 3bet jam against a 3x open raise and a flat is like a present for you.Jam and pray to hold.

If you wanted to 3 bet you should go at least 4800 because 3x1200 + 1200(for the limper) so you already are pot committed.

If the initial open raiser understands a little bit about ICM concepts he should calling you here with the very very top of his range.

Appreciate the advice, correct 3bet sizing and ICM decisions is definitely a part of my game that needs working on. Thanks.

Yeah I would just jam here. They both have you well covered, so they are certainly going to call you plenty enough, especially since its a 25c SnG. And even if they fold, that is fine as well. You pick up 8,5BB uncontested, which is pretty meaningfull to your stack.

Jam. Easy jam. Jam and hold :)

You would jam any high Ace right? So better also jam good hands.

21 BB, facing a 3x open and a call - there's around 8bb or so in the pot as it is....shove the 21bb preflop! Easy jam spot, perfect setup, even when we take it down we increase our stack about 30% or so. JJ is calling us, we hold and find the full double. Q9 likely folds, but who knows for sure. If they can call the shove and likely a reshove from the JJ - then good for them!

As played, our preflop sizing is waaaaay too small. Heads up it would be fine but with two opponents you gave then a great price to come along. You invited Q9s to come along in this hand, losing here is your own fault because we cant just fold and 2 or is just unfortunate.

After my op makes it 1.2k and there's a call behind we need to pop it up big here - 3x would be 3.6k - but we have the call behind and need to account for that - I would go about 5x or better, pumping it up to about 6.5k - 7.2k or so - this all being if we were more than 35 bb deep or so, I think any shorter than that I just jam it in preflop here as discussed earlier.
