You have a habit of flatting hands you shouldn't be at this stack depth. Against a CO open vs a 25/13 this should be a snap fold. Against a laggier opponent with a high fold to 3bet you can 3B/fold here.

Jam over this flop. You have decent equity regardless and can get him to fold his overcard hands.

Folding this turn.

However after some calculations, if our opponent has KdJd/QdJd/KdQd/KdTd/44/88/TT/JJ+ here, we have 33% equity and need 30% equity to call after running the calculations, so you should be calling this turn shove, although it is very thin.

Play your draws aggressively, by calling this flop, you only give yourself one way to win the pot (by hitting your flush). By jamming this flop, you can get your opponent to fold a better hand and take down this pot without a made hand, and even if you do get called, you still have very good equity against a calling range here.

I would fold on the turn definitely . But I think I wouldn't have called preflop for 1/14 of my stack , to go for a draw or what .
