Oponent seems regular, playing very little hands, he was agressive when went flop, slowplayed once when got three of a kind on flop, and limp/call once with AA.
I figured since i was playing very tight myself, he could be trying to steal some blinds, so i 3-bet, when he calls, i gave him QQ+, AQs+ (maybe slowplaying again)
I don't think i played (or read him) very well, but i don't know what i else i could do either lol, any toughts?

Shove or fold pre, 3B non allin is never an option here as we don't have room to 3B/fold vs a 3x. Vs a tight player I prefer folding.

Check down postflop.

playing very little hands. . .
he could be trying to steal some blinds

Yes, he could be trying to steal some blinds with a non-premium hand, but what evidence do you have of this? Just that he is in the cutoff, and he raised?
If he has been stealing frequently, he probably doesn't have a great hand every time. In that case, if he's a player that is capable of folding, you can 3-Bet him big and he will usually fold.
But you don't say that he has been stealing frequently.

You say he's tight. This is another reason to think he's probably not stealing with many weak hands.

You say you have been playing tight, and maybe this is a reason he would be stealing with a weak hand. But you are the button, you have no blind that he can steal. He is thinking a little bit about you, but mostly about the SB and BB. Are they tight also?

You also need to worry about the SB and BB. Your hand is not very strong, so you do not want callers. How likely are they to call you?

He is in the cutoff. Players generally need a stronger hand to raise from the cutoff than from the button, because they need to fear three other players who might have good hands, instead of two.

A7s has playability issues. If an A comes on the flop, are you happy or sad? You have top pair, so be happy. But many of the hands the cutoff might raise with are Aces with better kickers, so be sad. You don't really know what to think.

I agree with trent about bet sizing. Even if he is stealing with a weak hand, there are already 920 chips in the pot after you re-raise, and it only costs him 240 to call you. He is getting such a low price here that he should call no matter what he has!

I agree with your checks and fold after the flop.

This seems like a lot of criticism, but I am trying to point out the things to think about when attempting a 3-Bet re-steal like this. You are brave to post hands. Many beginning players do not want to be criticized! But you will learn more than they do. :y:
