Given the fact that its a 0.10 tournament and people call with garbage, I think I bet in this spot.

Bet all in on the river. Unless Villain slow played a set, you are way ahead. The only draw that got there is 52 for the straight, if he turned two pair, he would almost certainly have raised the turn. Bet for value against his Ten X hands, you may even get called by 65, missed straight river pair

they almost never had 52 or those types of hands here i say that because your preflop sizing is very large, its almost always a Tx here so ya value bet river hard.

In this kind of micro stake,always bet for value,bet more on the flop,turn and ofc on the river.

I'm not jamming here but going for value...maybe 1/3.
