$0.10 NLHE STT Turbo: $0.10 NLHE Turbo: 360 Sit N Go 3 players remaining, Do I need fold or call all-in??

I'm Short Stack on the table and i have under 10BB!

pokerstars Hand Tournament $0.09+$0.01 USD Hold'em No Limit - Level XXXII (8000/16000) Table 9-max

Seat 1: SB (199800 in chips)
Seat 4: BB (200400 in chips)
Seat 7: BTN(Hero) (139800 in chips)
SB: posts the ante 1600
BB: posts the ante 1600
Hero: posts the ante 1600

*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to Hero :kd4: :9s4:
Hero: raises 16000 to 32000
SB: folds
BB: raises 166800 to 198800 and is all-in, Hero??

I wonder what the right decision would be , would you call on these cards in this situation when you have less than 10BB??

You have to shove preflop, by just min raisisng, you make it cheap to him to call with almost any 2 cards for the chance of taking the rest of your chips, but as played, if there were only 3 players left on the tournament, I would fold, because besides having less than 10BB, you still have plenty chances of winning the tournament, comparing to the others stack sizes

Shove pre. It is very rare that I would advocate minraising off an 8.5bb stack, and a hand like K9o that is +EV to shove but you don't want to r/f or r/c with is a terrible hand to minraise off an 8-12bb stack. As played you're stuck calling it off.

I call all-in and this happened..

Hero: calls 106200 and is all-in
Uncalled bet (60600) returned to BB

*** FLOP *** :6s4: :ah4: :kc4:

*** TURN *** :kh4:

*** RIVER *** :ac4:

*** SHOW DOWN ***
roma BB: shows :as4: :ks4: (a full house, Aces full of Kings)
Hero: shows :kd4: :9s4: (a full house, Kings full of Aces)
BB collected 289200 from pot
Hero finished the tournament in 3rd place

I could not shove much more because I had a little BB(maybe about 3-4BB).
If you're only push/folding when <7bb you're going to be putting yourself in a lot of shitty spots like this. Ideally you should be push/folding with 12-14bbs or less and in certain cases it makes sense to open shove certain parts of your range with 15-22bb.
