Call quickly - register for another one if you lose and hope for many similar spots in the next one. :)

Good luck to you!

Snap call here. I find his all-in for 30bbs very odd, but it does not change my decision, in fact makes the call much easier. Holding QQ I am only afraid of KK and AA... Who shoves 30bbs+ in ep with little $ in the pot with KK or AA? I fell very certain that I am way ahead of this range here... I mean way ahead if you eliminate AA and KK as stated.

No way you fold there. You are either flipping against AK, spiltting against QQ or way ahead against JJ. Nothing else shoves there (at least the borderline normal people who do shove there...)

After playing this tournament tonight I decided that it was the main factor to win is to be LUCKY . I hit two pairs on the flop and then on the turn and the river was come 3 3 and 'HE' won me with set of 3.
Later I followed that player in the tournament, he played 50% all in before the flop, in one hand he won 5 6 vs 10 10, got full house ,won with A9 vs AA hit flush, won with A5 vs AK hit 5 on turn, in this time he is cheap leader.

in this kind of tournament is an instant call many players are going to go all in with Ax even KQ or small pairs

Luck can certainly be a factor in MTT play at times however do not be results oriented. If this player was making bad plays that does not mean that he is a long term successful MTT player at all. It simply means that he was lucky at this one MTT on several hands. Did he cash? Did he FT? You state he was chip leader, but chip leader does not guarantee he is making money playing MTT at this tournament or in the long run.

I tend to find that in early to mid stages of MTT play the players with big stacks are not very good at times. Their stack results from being all-in very often against other crappy players who are all-in too often with them.

I am not so sure this is a snap call. You are behind the two over pair and to AK 4 to 1 and a total of 32 combos. It is relatively early in the game, do you really want to put your tournament life on the line? And though you suggest the villian is an agrortard and a bad player even they can have a good hand on occasion.

I am not suggesting this is an easy fold to make. Queens are a pretty strong holding.

This is almost never a fold, especially considering that opponent is very aggressive player. Also, QQ vs AK is good standing and a slight favorite. If you want to count combos, then also count combos that are within opponents range that you will win against like TT+, AQ+ (maybe even AT+ considering that villain is aggressive).
