If you want to post in HA please use a hand converter (http://www.handhistoryconverter.com/ works fine), don't post results, give us any reads/stats you might have, and post good thread titles.

For example this thread: A good Title might be "2nl - AA on scary board after messing up on the turn"

No stats/reads on villain. I think I screwed up here by not bet/folding the turn but I got myself into this mess so what do I do on this horrible river?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (8 handed) - Poker-Stars Hand Converter from HandHistoryConverter.com

CO ($5)
Button ($2.75)
SB ($0.70)
BB ($0.72)
UTG ($1.13)
UTG+1 ($1.10)
Hero (MP1) ($1.90)
MP2 ($1)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with A:spade:, A:diamond:
2 folds, Hero bets $0.12, 1 fold, CO calls $0.12, 3 folds

Flop: ($0.29) 10:diamond:, Q:spade:, J:club: (2 players)
Hero bets $0.22, CO calls $0.22

Turn: ($0.73) J:club: (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $0.30, Hero calls $0.30

River: ($1.33) 8:heart: (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $1.30, Hero ???

If you or anyone posts another thread like you did this one I'll assume it is a bad beat thread and move it there to die. If you post the thread in the proper way I promise you'll get answers and learn something. I do hope you'll choose the latter. :)

BTW, not trying to be a dick or anything with this post. I just took over managing this forum and I see way too many bad beat posts masked as HA and I'd really like that to at least slow down. Another pet peeve is the unconverted hands but that's a secondary concern to posting results and bad beats.

This is a really horrible board for AA; against a tight reg you can reasonably check-call the flop. Betting is fine, too, but I'd bet-fold the turn and, barring that, b/f or c/f the river. Unless you think he can bet here with AQ/KQ probably c/f.

no i think u played it as well as you could have to fol with the straight on there and when the queen on the river looks scary too once he puts u all in so i think good job

I personally would probably check/fold the turn, like WVHillbilly and Baudib said. The CO call on the flop indicates to me that he either paired a Q or J, or is drawing to a straight or with a hand like 10 9 or Q9. (He probably had a nine in his hand, with the huge bet on the river and was trying to stack you off since at that point you have $1.26 left.)
