Well, the only thing that can beat you right now is if your opponent is holding KQ (so you don't quite have the nut straight). I would be interested in knowing what sort of action happened pre-flop, and stack sizes, etc.

But to answer your question, I don't see how you could fold here. I wouldn't worry about the flush just yet, because no one has one. The only thing I would worry about is that he is holding KQ.

EEK!!! you have top and bottom of a straight. I would be afriad of KQ more than the flush. KQ is a common limping hand and would have you crushed right now.

As far as the flush goes. It is only a 34% chance now, you dream about them going all-in. They will pay you off 2 out of 3 times.

I would call and close my eyes so I don't have to watch it when they turn over their cards. You have to see what he has but I am afraid you were behind.

Edit: JQ and I said the same thing at the same time, LOL

i agree with both of ya :)
flush is nothing to worry about - you actually want people to push with the draw because you are a favourite.
I'd also be more afraid of KQ, but my decision is based on the stack sizes, the preflop action and my reads on the players.

I wouldn't bet the ranch, but I would have to make the call.

Oh ya, silly me, most of being having a dizzy blonde moment, it wasnt the nut straight at all.

However I called the all in. And runner runner hearts came down so i knew i was a gonner. The other guy also turned over q8 but they were both hearts:)
