Looks fine. You can raise preflop but if people are willing to pay off like this with any piece of the board then you can just complete. Also if people limp-3bet premiums a lot then you can cooler them when you bink a set.

It isn't -EV, there are 3 players in the pot.
(If there were lets says 6 players in the pot with equal stacks and your equity was 25% it would still be massively +EV compared to 16.67% necessary.)

Only if there was no money in the middle and your equity was under 33% would it be -EV.

Your equity is 46% because there are 13 cards on the deck that improve your opponents hands better than yours, but it is still EV+ for you because on the flop you are puting 24,50 aprox, into a 56 pot, so if you win 44 or 43% of times you will break even, but I think calculus gets more complex because of the side pot

Getting all our money in here all day long is the right play. We most likely have the best hand and we should go with it. Never fold this even though someone cold called a shove from another villain.

If someone has a higher set then too bad it will be a cooler. If anyone else draws out after putting all/most of their chips in the middle then unlucky but we cannot fold. So your play is not wrong at all. ;)
