I would raise more preflop and shove after the flop. Your stack size is very small for those limits.

Stack was low due to previous hands, and i know if i make it $1 or $1.25, i dont get any action. Anyways heres the rest of the hand.

crislyn bets $0.75
Bob Haro has 15 seconds left to act
Bob Haro calls $0.75
Pokers2Fun raises to $3.65, and is all in
crislyn calls $2.90
Bob Haro folds

*** RIVER *** [7s Jc 9h Kc] [2h]
Pokers2Fun shows a pair of Aces
crislyn shows two pair, Jacks and Twos
crislyn wins the pot ($10.15) with two pair, Jacks and Twos
Pokers2Fun is sitting out
*** SUMMARY ***
Total pot $10.65 | Rake $0.50
Board: [7s Jc 9h Kc 2h]
Seat 1: fissepolle (small blind) folded before the Flop
Seat 2: deejay87 (big blind) folded before the Flop
Seat 3: DmacPro didn't bet (folded)
Seat 4: crislyn showed [2d Jd] and won ($10.15) with two pair, Jacks and Twos
Seat 5: Bob Haro folded on the Flop

Seat 7: nishwom didn't bet (folded)
Seat 8: Pokers2Fun showed [Ah Ad] and lost with a pair of Aces

Needless to say, villain has no back door flush, TP and a 2 kicker, called and hit. I wanted action but....idk just upset.

Granted, he sucked out. I think that raising more preflop probably would have resulted in him folding. Yeah, you don't win much but it's better than losing your whole stack.

You're in the Cut Off with two limpers. Raise that &^#$ up! Pop him up to around $1.50 Also, try to reload so you always have a full stack.

There is no excuse for being short (unless it's by choice). Full Tilt Poker has a setting under the options menu to auto-reload your stack whenever you fall below max buy-in.

As short as you are you should just push preflop. I call short stack pushes with crap (AJs+) all the time. My guess is you get at least one caller if you push preflop, although maybe not the guy with J2.

Yeah, I agree. You can sometimes get paid off with a big hand when you limp that that. But in my experience, failing to make a big enough raise preflop to scare away rag hands such as the very one you were busted by.

I agree with almost all the people here.
Raise more preflop: Is better don't have action that let see a cheap flop.
The call after the flop from the villain was a garbage, but hitting his low kicker was enough to crack your aces.
If you bet more preflop and still have a call from him with J2 then you will win money from him in many other hands. ;)
