I don't know much about Omaha, but I don't think you should be playing this hand at all, I'd fold preflop. As played though I'd raise turn simply because there's the flush draw and the boat draw for sets and 2 pairs. In HE we're not much worried about those hands, but in Omaha only 2 of his cards have to be the suit or he has to have a pair that makes a set on this board (or hit one of his 2 pairs). But yeah, I don't play much Omaha so I can't really say much more than that.

Check call flop if the better is loose, check fold if he's tight. Your straight just became like 5th nuts on the turn, and your flush draw is probably not live given the number of people flat calling, screaming "WE'RE ON DRAWS." Easy fold on the turn. If you had the ace high flush draw on the flop I would suggest a big re-raise if he's loose, and a check call flop c/fold turn if he's tight.

Pick hands that can make good straights, good flushes, etc. You can catch a lot of draws with a lot of hands, this is true.

Consider this hand:

4s5s7cJc

You have 2 suits, some connecting cards, this looks like a great hand. But think about the types of straights and flushes you can make. Many of your straights are going to be on the low end, such as 45678. Your straight including the jack will always be a non nut straight, the best it can be is 7 8 9 T J with 89T on the board, and JQ is a hugely popular sequence to play in omaha. Both of your flushes will almost always be non nut. The 5 high flush isn't even playable on it's own, as much of the time you will be dominated and end up donating to someone with a Q K or A. The jack high flush has the same problem. Thus, this hand looks good, but in reality it doesn't have much potential. Now consider this one:

4s5s7cAc

You lose some of your straight draw potential, but that straight had no nut making potential. It is likely if you made that straight you would be paying off a higher straight whenever you got significant action. Now, with the ace high flush draw, you have the potential to draw to the nuts, and you also have a hand which is capable of making a nut straight with the 3 semi connected cards. This hand is much more playable, as it gives you a usable flush draw.

While the two don't look very different, I would probably fold the first and limp or even raise the latter in late position. To play Omaha effectively you need to have confidence in your draws. You cannot play aggressively if you're always second guessing whether you have the nuts or the near nuts when you do make your hand.
