ok

you can not call this you either re-raise or fold here. Its really that simple, you can not call because postflop with AK is just soo hard to play and if you dont hit a favorible flop you are going to be in check/fold mode.

right now I would bump it to about $10 and see what he does. Depending on his action is how I will proceed in the hand. If he repops then I think its pretty safe to say we are beat if not totally crushed. If he calls Im also real worried so im looking to take it down preflop or get out.

edit: you bought in short, all my advice is now useless!!!!
either fold or push all in...pretty simple.
and after hand is over click the little get chips button so you can play hands correctly :)

I think Storm didn't notice the size of your stack and reraisers stack.

This is a hard one. Calling isn't really good here because your stack and mostly his makes you pot committed, plus you're OOP so flop is hard to play. Calling would be ok if you want 2nd villain in this pot, and then shove whatever comes on the flop. But should we want that other villain in? Hard to say because while you're probably ahead of him, but an eventual side pot with villain 2 would be only $4, so I don't think it's worth it to keep him in.

With villain 1 you have no info. In my experience a reraise is usually a sign of a big, made hand at these levels (AA or KK). The fact you have AK makes this less probable though. Could it be QQ

Sorry, made a mistake (my friggin bad comp skills lol) posted incomplete. I'll take over where I left.

Could it be QQ? Maybe another AK? I think if you push here you're either W/B or coin flipping. I don't see him reraising this with AQ, nor folding to your push so I'd rather give it up here, take the $1 loss and fold this.

Fold or all-in. Like the other guys say, there`s no point in calling.

Damn, I wish we had a read, because that is what should make the decision for us. In the absence of it, I guess we should fold and wait for a better spot. AK is only Ace-high, after all.

On the other hand, I do like a bit of a gamble. :D

All-in. del is pot committed and will call but INKED might fold to the squeeze play. Even if he doesn't you have a chance to almost triple up. I think it's an easy push.

i agree with the whole reraise or fold thing. and a reraise is pretty much a shove. if you did just smooth call please open shove any flop.

stop and go!

again that is correct.

the only problem with that is the fact that we might be taking the pot 3 ways if we just cold call and stop and go dosent work real well 3 handed.

alright guys well I lost the HH but I did the smooth call and flopped two pair, I went all in flop and he turned over a-q and I made a nice little pot :)

The reason I buy-in 10 dollars is I if I have a hand where I go all in, I would go all in with 10 or 25, and if I get screwed over I would like to lose 10 and not 25. Im just trying to clear my bonus on FT, I have 400$ in my BR, what limits do you think would be the best for to go to in order to get more rake/points and get my bonus quicker? Should I stay at this level, or move up?

move down to $10 NL if you are not comfortable sitting max at $25. You just lost $15 in that pot. Yes you won the hand but really lost money because you could of doubled up.

dont worry about clearing the bonus you have like months to clear it, it will come. I have like $460 in bonus money sitting on full tilt waiting to be cleared. Who cares if you get screwed over its part of the game just get your money in good. Drop down.

I think you shouldve pushed.

Shortstack being short at 25NL has a optentially way wider range than AA-KK, and inked smooth called so better to get rid of him or get his money in now in case a ragged board comes along since youre gonna put the rest of yours in anyway.
