Here are the chip stackes of the 3 player who went before me. Smit raised and Ark and Usual1 both called. I am in the SB (out of position with AA, horrible isn't it). My bet is large but still only at most half of their respective stack. I only need one caller to make it a great hand. I still have the BB and the 3 callers. I overbet the pot but it is not like I was the bigstack and it would cost each of these people all their money to make the call. It was $2.30 to call, not $50.
Honestly, the reason I did it all-in is a little ploy I learned here to mix up your game and play hands differently. 2 black AA (black bomber) go all-in, 2 red AA (stop sign) and limp, 2 mixed make the standard raise for position and table play. I finished my session and was looking over how I played and was curious if the previous hand and the reraise would make people think the value of my hand is less than it represented.
