Turned set into raising war

So, I turn a set here after a check around on the flop. What do I do once the raising starts? Villain was 20/2.44/3 after 40 hands.

I put him on AK at best. I just call here. If you do call here that should make him realize you have something big. I then bet big on the turn to re-assure him he's beat or he's an idiot and calls. Then I'm all-in. Maybe I'm beat, but I suck at online pker.

Live I could actually get a read.

I call and see what the river brings if my read says pos EV is not slow playing AA/KK/88 which those stats say is a possibility. Has pos EV bet into a raise before with just a flush draw? If so then I'd push if pos EV didn't have a slow play history.

And, i put him in figuring only one conceivable hand he could have can beat me. I'm thinking maybe a limped A8s or A4s, but oh well. I should also add that including this hand, in two days, I have been set over setted three times as well as having my over set one-outed by quads and AA cracked by KK all in preflop.

Whoa there dude, give us a chance before posting the results so fast. Trust me, this hand would have gotten some nice discussin if you left the results out for a day or so. But meh, its done now, youll know for again.

Meh I HATE turned sets, especially when i face resistance. I go into pot controll mode if possible once you get re-raised on the turn, call his raise, call any reasonable river bet. I really dont like stacking off here, AK is NOT IN A DECENT PLAYERS RANGE, that hand always raises PRE-FLOP unless you have specific reads, you can factor in A8/K8, but 88 is the only hand likely playing for stacks here.

Yeah but turning the set of 4s i still wouldve bet or prob went allin. i wouldve put him on aq or flush draw!
