Richard7787 ?????????

Joined a couple of hands before so no reads :( Seems odd to check to the river then re-raise all-in @.@ Was he trying to slow play Aces or Kings? AKc? Make the call? Will post showdown in a while :) Thanks for the input in advance.

You forgot the flush draw on the board. You just might have checked him into hitting it. I would have bet out on the flop just for info. Seeing that he is high stack at the table you can get some info just from that. Usually at those stakes those players are rocks who like to trap you. He raised PF but then sat back waiting till the river.I would put his range on AA, KK, QQ, AK, KJ. And I would say AKc or KJ are it. But, this is micro and anything could go here. So it comes down to, do you feel lucky today punk? If you can afford it, call. Win or lose you gain valuable info for the next time.

I wouldn't call this. I agree with betting out the flop for info. Without that I can't see calling this. Unless of course you are feeling lucky.

At these levels you want to find that one table who has a high stack like that. In my experiance it means one of two things; you either have a rock who plays maybe 3 preminum hands or you have a very aggressive donk who gets lucky a lot. Either way, they are your bread and butter when played right.

Please leave longer for results :)

Can't see folding here ever

If he had a hand that beat you, he wouldn't have checked into you on the river

i agree with this...at this level you won't see players checking this to trap

it's just not in many players arsenal at this level

also you said you had no reads therefore he had no reads on you either so him checking the river to get you to bet seems less likely

^^ No matter the level, i don't think any player is ever checking that river with a set of queens, a flush or k,j, when you have shown no willingness to bet at the pot
