Since he limped and then bet into the preflop raiser, he at least has Qx, 9x, or 10x. With the Q on the turn, I don't see any hand that bet the flop and flat call a raise to c/shove on turn, except Q9, QT, 99, TT or a complete bluff (AK, lower PP, hands that whiffed completly).
I don't see trips shoving this: it's either a bluff or a made hand that tries to disguise itself as a bluff. Fair to good hands (Qlittle, KQ, QJ, etc.) would call and push a non treathening river if given the occasion.
