Yea you really need to reraise to at least 3$ so i'd probably go all in. From the way they play + the stakes you are at i would guess that at least one will call you and you'll probably get a nice pay off.
I also wouldn't necessarily put them on a draw. V1 could probably have some shit like QTo and still play that way if he really is that loose. V2 sounds like he would call trying to hit a runner runner straight regardless of pot odds
coz he is an idiot. If you flat call tho you are just greatly increasing the odds of a bad beat in the hope that you will get them both all in by the river. Wouldn't suprise me if they would both call your all in as it is.
And if after all that one of them did manage to draw out on you it really wouldn't matter as you still would have played it right.
If a maniac raises preflop with a 64 (so flops a straight) then does a minimal raise postflop when he does that every hand no matter what--there is nothing you can do about that. Get as much money in as you can...
