All constructive criticism here:
Fold preflop!
J763 is a terrible OH8 hand. You were on the SB in a multiway pot, so a limp isn't a terrible play, but I like a fold better.
as for the post-flop play, your bets were fine :)

Hey thats what I'm looking for Chuck! Just the facts. lol I know, crap hand to play that I got lucky on the flop but for 3c its so enticing. :p
Bad habit to get into. Slightly justified by sitting at a table full of limpers? :)

Exactly, I dont think many people would fold when it costs 3 cents and you are getting 9/1 odds. After flop I think you played fine, but if you times the buy in by 100 or even 10, the hand will have a completely different shape to it.

Fold preflop.

A hand like Js 7h 6h 3s is more likely to get you into trouble than it is to hit a monster flop. You could be tempted into overplaying a weak flush/flush draw, the sucker end of a straight, or could be getting freerolled if you hit the nut straight by someone who has the same hand and a better lo.

Yeah you're getting good odds, but unless you're very confident in your postflop play (when out of position too) then you need to fold here.

Given that you called pf, I probably pot all three streets (the river is debatable though).

I have to agree fold pre-flop, that being said you on the SB didn't cost you much to at least see the flop and Bam you hit, post flop play was alright maybe pot bet after flop and turn but overall alright as it turned out.

Thanks for the input everyone. Consensus seems to be to that although I got lucky on the flop, I should have folded. I pretty much agree as it was a crappy Omaha H/L hand but it was my bets that I was wondering about. I would have folded to a raise. I have been doing quite well at Omaha and it is largely due to playing hands with a good chance at H and low and throwing everything else away while everyone else at the table chases everything.:D
