ok guys here is a hand I played and want your input on it, I will put my thought process in red.

It's as good a flop as you can hope for given our holdings. But, we were not playing our cards, remember? The raise was because of his weak limp preflop. You have to continuation bet regardless of the flop if you are going to play like that. Here we have the added bonus that the cont bet is also a semi bluff in the event we are called. Bet, take it down, nice play.

Ok, we check, "dont want to play a giant pot for a flush draw"-- why are you now playing your cards when before you were playing your opponent/position? If you think the pot is going to be "giant" after your continuation bet, then you are raising too much preflop or are playing with too short of stacks.

Ten rolls off on the turn, and our passive (limp pre) opponent BETS, and bets most of the pot. Pretty clear that the turn hit him in my opinion, therefore good raise (we are not going to fold our flush, don't want a single high spade to draw for free, and are likely to get called by the "made" hand of our opponent).

I'm pretty much in total agreement with AG there.

I would c-bet on the flop even with our flush draw for two reasons:

a) We raised him preflop and thus can get him to sweat a bit if he is also on the flush draw (represent a King for example)
b) We aren't sure that either of us will hit by the turn and if he checks, another bet might get him to fold before showdown if we don't complete our flush.

But checking here is also good if you're sure that villain can't pull a move on us (C/R to price us out of our flush draw)

Personally I think you got lucky with hitting the flush, should've bet him post-flop to try and get him to fold. You're flush also isn't exactly high, but then his chip stack isn't hurting you very badly so...not sure what else to say

Agree need to c-bet flop. Chances are that didn't hit him and you can take it down right there with no risk. He played so weak PF, can't imagine a CR would be possible. If he calls, you have outs and will likely get a pseudo-free turn card.
