I just tried sending out the PMs, but apparently they have a character limit, so I'll post the hands here. They are in order of pot size.
I haven't looked much through them myself yet. I'm not sure how much tilt was involved (not too much I think). The play on all tables today was ultra-aggressive, nothing like I've ever seen before at any limit. Crazy, just crazy.

I'm not looking for an in-depth analysis, more of an overall opinion.

Hand #2 was the tilt shove I mentioned, Hand #3 was vs. a guy who kept 3-betting nonstop, so I decided it was time for a CTS 4-bet shove with Ax suited.

Ok, there's not a lot of point in going on an individual hand by hand analysis as were missing a lot of key information, but just looking at the hands as a group then there appears to be a form of tilt there. I'm sure you know this Chris.

It's not total monkey spewtard tilt, but there are a couple of hands that may be classed as that. But some of the hands are similar to what I was experiencing the other day.

In 6max we rely on aggression, period. There are periods though were that aggression works against us, thats certainly the case for some of the hands. Your trying to power the hands home, when basically your getting trapped.

The other form of tilt, is becoming a non-believer. Where we continually pay off viillains value bets and our holding isn't that great.

It's a phase, thats all it is, but it's how we cope with these bad phases, thats make us either exceptional players or just marginal or winning ones. I cope with them pretty badly. I think in that selection of hands, your not coping very well.

I dont know what works for you, whether it's taking a break or whatever. I know you don't like dropping down stakes, but maybe you have to until this bad stretch is out of the way. GL m8, if you wanna talk on AIM I'll be on later or tomorrow.

Looks slightly tilty to me, not horrible but def slightly, i point some points out below.

Maybe on Hand #9 you can fold to the river bet there, but I'm not really used to 400NL aggression, maybe its a standard call, but at 50/100NL Im folding that river always there unless villain is a complete smacktard.

Hand #10, why do you raise the turn? The T is one of the worst cards in the deck for you and I think this is a clear wa/wb spot.

Hand #13 you are ch/raised with K high and call a turn bet then ch the river. Why are you calling the flop bet if you're not planning on trying to take the pot away sometime?

Hand #15 maybe just fold pf to the 3bet?

Looks like maybe a little tilty based on my comments above, but for the most part just crappy crappy luck.

Having looked over the hands myself now, I totally agree with you. The problem was how much aggression I faced today, it was ridiculous. I think my c-bets produced about 15% folds (no lie!!), 50% calls and 35% raises. Preflop was equally crazy. This made me very paranoid and I probably called down lighter than I should have.

Maybe on Hand #9 you can fold to the river bet there, but I'm not really used to 400NL aggression, maybe its a standard call, but at 50/100NL Im folding that river always there unless villain is a complete smacktard.
You're absolutely right, the river is a fold. This is an example of what I mentioned above.

Hand #10, why do you raise the turn? The T is one of the worst cards in the deck for you and I think this is a clear wa/wb spot.
See, this was a funny spot. When the ten hit, I immediately thought "he has trips now, ldo". But then I kinda leveled myself into raising, thinking "you can't assume they have you beat EVERY time, and this monkey will call with any straight draw and any pair".

Hand #13 you are ch/raised with K high and call a turn bet then ch the river. Why are you calling the flop bet if you're not planning on trying to take the pot away sometime?
That's because I thought I had showdown value. I put him on either a complete bluff or a draw, both of which I beat. And I can't get him to fold a set or two pair on that board.

Hand #15 maybe just fold pf to the 3bet?
Absolutely. Terrible call. He had 3-bet my steal like 3 times over the last few orbits, but A9o is an awful hand to see a flop with in a 3-bet pot.

Oh, btw, thanks to you both. Taking a step back and getting some opinions really helps!

Looks pretty tilty to me in alot of spots. I only play 100nl tho so i have no idea what the metagame/aggression is like at 400nl.

Hand 2: First of all i don't really see the point of trying to defend with 53s, coz it isn't like you are ever going to hit a flop more than once in a blue moon. If you absolutely must bluff villain in this hand, then why are you shoving the flop? First of all, risk reward is pretty terrible and i can't see you representing anything more than 99 here. Since there are so many awful scare cards for villain, i'd float the flop (again, if you must bluff) and then shove over a turn bet when the J hits, or bet turn then shove river if villain checks both. I just don't get the point of the ridiculous overshove with no equity.
Hand 3: This has got to be pure tilt. Just don't get this at all. You are risking like $390 or whatever to gain $54 and anytime villain calls you are absolutely crushed.
Don't really like the call down in hand 9, again unless these guys are bluffing every hand or something.
Hand 13 i just don't even understand one single bit, unless you really thought K high was good there (which i guess it almost was...if villain would have bet turn with nothing then this is actually nice play bad luck. Still crazy thin tho).
Hand 15...really dont' like this. Don't even see the point of calling the 3B and there are just much better spots and much better hands to try to float somebody.
A couple other hands where you like call flop 2 bets and then fold to turn or call flop then turn then fold to river seem like there would be better spots as well. Didn't really seem like you had a plan other than "i hope he stops betting".

I think you have to realise that tilt will almost always play a role here, even if you don't really think so. I had a TERRIBLE day about a week ago and when i looked at some of the hands afterwards i could not believe some of the ****ed up calls i had made, that i normally would never make. But at the time they seemed fine...when you are steaming you simply cannot think straight. Your emotions get completely messed up and you simply cannot play rational poker. There are some stoxpoker videos on this (tho i haven't finished watching any of them...probably should do so).

Yes, it was a tilt shove. I'd normally never make a shove like that, wouldn't even call preflop. At least I had some folding equity because I can represent a lot of two pairs and sets (it's not uncommon to defend suited one-gappers etc. vs. 3-bets at these stakes). In fact, he used up almost his entire time bank before he called. Still a bad play on my part though.

This play is very effective against relentless 3-betters. Keep in mind that we have 30%+ equity vs. anything that's not AA. It was actually not a tilt move. It may seem crazy not knowing the history between him and I.

Agreed. Bad play.

Yeah, I didn't give you guys details on my villains. The guy had like a RaiseFlop% of 15% (most TAGs have around 5%) which is very bluffy.

Hand 15...really dont' like this. Don't even see the point of calling the 3B and there are just much better spots and much better hands to try to float somebody.
Yes, awful, awful.

Hand 17: Bad spot to fire again imo, unless villain is a total fish that peels this with almost anything. Such a dry board and no real chance for scare cards so i think you have to give credit for an ace alot of the time here.
Another example of getting a bit paranoid. Since nobody ever folded to my c-bets, I wasn't ready to give him credit for an Ace. And I had the flush draw. But checking behind, taking the free card would have been infinitely better.

Yes, you're totally right. Tilt was an issue, I very much acknowledge this now. I could have certainly saved a few stacks. But I find it very hard (almost impossible) to step away after being stuck so much. Pulling that emergency brake must be a skill of its own. :joyman:

Had some other comments, but internet died and can't edit it seems:

I think you could probably find a fold on hand 7 on the river, unless you have reads that villain might do this with air. If this isn't a bluff you have to be beat, since villain isn't doing this with KT (probably easy to convince yourself otherwise seeing as "AK would have repopped pre and KJ would have had to hit a 3 outer" etc, but really what is villain doing this with that you beat? Other than a bluff, which makes absolutely 0 sense when it is clear as day that you have a K).

Actually completely forget what i said about hand 17, didn't see that you picked up the flush draw there, so double barrell is absolutely standard.

I kinda went back on what i said about this, as i didn't see you had picked up the flush draw. Still a little marginal i guess, but i think it is fine if you know villain isn't going to fold on the river if the flush hits. You have 12 outs for the nuts so you have equity in the hand for sure.

Well for the A5s hand, you are risking $390 to make $64. When called, if you have 30% equity, you'll make $815(0.3) = $244 for a net loss of $162. So villain has to fold like 72% of the time or thereabouts. If this was bvb or btn vs blind i'd like it alot more than CO 3betting you from UTG, where surely he must be giving some sort of credit unless the games are just stupidly aggressive. Can't really figure out if it is a +EV play or not without villain's stats but if the game is aggro enough that you are willing to shove with A5s, then surely villain's calling range has got to be widened significantly (so would be calling with like 99 or something), in which case i can't really see how many hands villain will 3B with here then fold. But again, i do not pretend to know what goes on at nl400 so i'm not sure. And oh wow i just triple posted...a ban is in order methinks.

Well, they were stupidly aggressive. Your point about position is a good one. I do open hands like 65s UTG even though I'm not sure how aware he is of this fact. It's a high variance play (i.e. ill-advised in the given situation), probably close to break-even for the better or the worse.
But it does show him that I won't let him 3-bet me until there's no tomorrow. It also sets up a dynamic where I can 4-bet shove a big hand and expect to get called lighter.
