You could (should) have raised pre-flop to bump the pool up a bit, then players would be a bit more inclined to call future bets. If they've got nothing though they'll drop away sooner or later.

(PS, bearing in mind your stack size compared to your opponents (how did that happen ) you could always take a stab and go all-in post flop).

Dont be afraid to buy some chips if your low at a NL table. Maximise you winnings on your big hands.

Apart from not defining you hand with a pre-flop raise, the rest is fine.

these are micro as you can see, so I had been very cautious with the hands I picked to play as half the table was LAG and I had suffered a couple of bad beats.

Reload pre-preflop.

What should have I bet to define my hand?

Well re-raising to define your hand solves a lot of possible more expensive desicsions on later streets. A min-raise can mean a lot of things from a total spack attempt at a bluff or AA. AJo is a marginal hand, and flopping TPTK while a lot of the time is good, its the times you stack off that makes calling pre-flop a risky decision.

Raise, take control of the hand, at least isolate the raiser, if you get re-raised back you can safely fold, if you get called then you can almost be sure that your ahead, and a lot of the time a c-bet on the flop will take it down.
