In hindsight I overbet the river, but that was a big raise for that guy, I didnt think he'd be able to lay his hand down. I bet he would have called another $8 value bet. Thats what I get for being greedy.

nice hand though you probably could have got away with a decent reraise to $1.50. Slowplaying trips is tough unless you know your opponents and I'm sure you did. The river reraise was a little excessive but for what its worth you show the table your top dog.

I only slowplay trips when there are no flush or straight draws. This was a good time slowplay here. I would have reraised when sperling raises on the turn. The raise on the river was a little big but understandable considering the big raise made by him on the river. I probably would had just doubled or tripled the amount on the raise. Good win overall!:)
