Short of knowing your reads here, I would call. The pot is $1.80 and you need to call $.30. Getting 6 to 1 on your money. Open end straight draw would be 8 outs. But there could be a club draw out there, so I would discount it to 6 outs which is just over 3 to 1 with two cards to come.

You can't raise here. You're way out of position and the table show the propensity to call. Make the call to close the round and re-evaluate after the turn.

Definitely a call, you're about 30% to hit so you easily have pot odds. Plus implied odds.

You have an open ended straight draw and a back door flush plus pot odds. Easy call.

Call or fold?! In position, I'd consider raising here! Your hand is so likely to win this hand at showdown that not seeing the turn is not an option.

However, out of position like you are here, just call. No reason to risk getting isolated and re-raised, and at the same time ruin your implied odds.

Raise to get the flush draws out! FToP says to have your opponents do what they wouldn't if they could see your cards.. raising with a 'second best' hand right now is exactly what you need to do so you can improve more and more, and not have to worry about the 7c and Qc

Raise to get the flush draws out!
Anyone who folds a flush draw on this flop is

a) incorrect to do so, and
b) doesn't exist.

You won't get rid of flushdraws. Raising may fold out backdoor flushdraws, but they have such a low equity that I'd almost prefer they call.

Saywhat? An open ended straight draw is only about 30% to hit. That's if there's no-one with a flush draw, as seems likely there is with that many callers on the flop, which cuts your outs from 8 to 6, making you about 24% to win.

Oh I get ya, you mean it's likely to win if you hit... and you're suggesting the old raise when last to act so you see a free card on the turn trick...
