Nice push with alot of outs.. only thing villian could have at best is the straight or a set.. highly unlikely

The turn semi-bluff needed to be pot-sized or more. He might have just called it, but now he sensed weakness & check-raised to represent a made flush. Just an additional $8.00 call of his raise would have sufficed. You must have had a special read on him.

Is villain really folding a hand like 7-7 here?

Otherwise I'm not sure what the push is meant to accomplish that calling doesn't. Especially not if he's just making a move, in which case you don't want to shut him down. If he has the naked K of hearts, I don't really see him giving up the bluff on the river even if he doesn't hit, and if the next heart comes, he's paying off anyway.

I don't like it. Call the turn.
