My first reaction is a set.

You cant really put villian on TT/JJ as wouldnt those 3-bet p/f with his high raise %?

He could be on some type of combo draw such as Tc8c or sc's. possible that he has a FD and has decided that your bet looks like a c-bet.

I would shove or fold this. Can decide though althoug in the heat of the moment I shove and my better judgement after would say fold.

Have you seen villian make many post flop plays or does he play pretty standard?

I really think he has a set here or AA-KK here to make this type of move.

But if you shove now after his checkraise, Im pretty sure he is gonna insta call your shove. This would be a very hard spot to lay down queens. No idea what I would of done..Depends on the player

Your beating 10's, Jacks, A9 and a flush draw.

I dunno if these hands show up often enough to warrent shoving on this. The pot is relatively small, I dont like stacking off here. Fold for me.

I considered a set, but factoring in his aggression and seeing him play his draws pretty fiercely, i decided he only makes this raise with a combo draw or a set with the draw being more likely. I decided he has some kind of pair flush draw or gutter flush draw. But was still at a loss whether to try to fade the turn, or push the flop. Thoughts?

I see this kind of hand alot and when i end up calling it's either, that they are chasing the flush (and always catch it) or im crushed by a set, AA or KK i'm folding here, seems like an over bet but i don't think he would be wanting to stack unless he had the goods here.

Shove dont even think about folding, at the very least call. If you fold here then you are a very weak player.

How many hands do you have on villain? What's his flop ch-r percentage?

I don't know why no one's mentioned an outright bluff or really any pocket pair - a solid player will check-raise this flop a lot of the time even with air since our range really doesn't hit it and it makes our decisions with overpairs (read: QQ) fairly tough.

I know you hear this every other HH thread, but this is really player-dependent. My play here depends pretty heavily on how he reacts to c-bets and our history with him.

If you feel his range is really narrowed only to sets and combo draws, then I think the play should be to fold.

this is a super standard shove. villain probably does this with like 98 as well as a bunch of draws that we're ahead of. why are we confusing ourselves by putting him on slowplayed AA/KK or a set when he obv does this with a ton more hands?

crap, i actually agree with bentheman. i autopilot shove this. come on guys, he can easily have A9/K9 and think "i'm obv good, i'll just pick up the c-bet and raise". not to mention the billion draws

i guess i'm the only one who plays vs. bad players all the time who go broke sooo light. not to say good players aren't raising here with worse as well because they surely are. shove shove shove. to put him on a set is such a very narrow range. its kinda, like, hard to hit sets, guys

My read on a combo draw was right, as I see this play a lot. He was stronger than I thought though, with the open ender and flush draws.

abinferno has 15 seconds left to act
abinferno raises to $208
JanSlag calls $73.85, and is all in
abinferno shows [Qh Qd]
JanSlag shows [5c 6c]
Uncalled bet of $70.15 returned to abinferno
*** TURN *** [9c 4h 7c] [7d]
*** RIVER *** [9c 4h 7c 7d] [6h]
abinferno shows two pair, Queens and Sevens
JanSlag shows two pair, Sevens and Sixes
abinferno wins the pot ($288.70) with two pair, Queens and Sevens
JanSlag is sitting out
