I was playing on OS X so i didnt have PT up. Sucks booting to windows everytime. Before the river came, I was thinking maybe slow playing a set or does he float with AK and happen to hit. I am not sure if i could give him that much credit since he was in the BB in micro limits.

This looks like a straight or a slowplayed set. That line SCREAMS slowplay. I expect to see 45, 33, 66 here a lot.

Pot is small, his bet is big, his line is very strong, and you have (essentially) top pair....

Fold...there are many ways you are beat.

Look at the line and tell me what villain is thinking? The only way you are not beat is if villain said to himself preflop, "I have nothing, but I'm going to call any raise, any bets postflop and on the turn, and then make a move on the river by pushing all-in."

I highly doubt the above was the villains thought process.

Instead, I think the villain put you on a big PP or AK. He has you beat possibly on the flop, but maybe he is a little loose and he catches it on the turn. Regardless, when the K hits he hopes based on the range of hands he has you that you improved and it will be awful hard for you to lay down so he pushes.

I put villain on the straight and instead of a value bet he is overbetting to make you believe he is on a bluff.

Yeah it really looks like you were beat. Call call push. I think two possibilities:

1. He was winning (set, AK, etc). I think AK was unlikely, since he probably would have 3 bet it PF.

2. He pushed on a busted draw (which would have been weird).

78 & 57 is the only real draw on that flop that didn't complete. And both of those have some showdown value with a pair. Bluffs are certainly in villain's range, but the pot odds we're offered, plus the fact that villain's line is like "Hi, I'm slow playing a monster", I'm folding this without a mega read.

All you can beat here is 4 5 and 7 8, both hands that would have called until now (preflop is a little questionable tho) and would be betting since they have little chance of winning a showdown. And he's betting about twice the pot so you are getting awful odds, if he made a smaller bet like 1/2 pot you should call. I think he has King 6 or king 3 here.
