I was in a cash game a week ago and still scratching my head.I was i 5th pos.playing 1 2 no limit.Everyone folded to me i bet $20 and 3 others call.Flop comes out 3c kd jh.I fired again $40 all folded but one.I realy didnt thing he had a king.Turn comes A s.I checked he did also.Now the river came 5 s.The ace spooked me so i checked again.He bets $120.I was lost didnt know what to do so i folded.He showed the bluff 10 2.One part of me says i made a good lay down.But 3 quarters of me says i played it like a putz.Now im here for your opionion.

na good fold. you had 2 overcards on the table. gotta knw when to fold them. u folded correctly, just pretend he didnt show the bluff. you would think he had a k or an ace..

tow over cards showing. that sucks. i probably would have folded too. i cant belive he called you when you put out a big bet after the flop

alls you could have done was bet when the ace came the check showed weakness. you shoulda fired again just to get a better feel if he had it or not. qq is a tricjy hand

Not really enough information... If he was a bully all night I would have shot the third bullet. If was a strong player all along then I'd have to respect his reraise and fold.

If you have been laying down the cards to reraises al night then you can assume he is bullying you. + was it an under the gun bet? or what?

Make sure you note ppl like him so you can change your play next time you see him...

yeah that check then 120 thing sounded a little fishy, seems to me like he was trying to buy the pot, but i can respect the fold

You can't be result orientated when it comes to poker. This is something that I have learned from wins/losses. You can only control what you do, no matter what they should do, could do. Play the game with a reads but don't put your money on them.

It was large bet following the check on the turn this suggests he didn't want to be called. On the other hand he flat called the flop. Given this I think I would probably fold. If I had more info on the player ie how loose he is, previous plays. I may consider the call. But overall good fold.

u cant risk so much of ur money when 2 overcards are on the table already, and he called an raise of 40 $ on that flop also , atleast i wouldnt . I would say the same thing as others , good fold
