Villain 2- Good Reg playing tighter than usual tonight but previous nights show he likes a gamble at times.

A tight good reg raising from the BB over an UTG opening is normally a sign of premium jj+ AK AQ only really and therefore more than likely to beat your tptk.
There aren't enough draws to justify a semi bluff shove in the callers range.. Is the caller calling with QT to UTG raise? so looks like a set of 9s or 3s...you are beat possibly by both...

Don't call the 3 bet. AJ is a terrible hand to call 3 bets from tight players even IP.

well, it's a very weird line from the bb. he raises tiny out of the bb, checks the flop, and then snap calls a bet and raise? sounds like he's loaded up. i get out of there.
