Yep, you weren't ahead anymore on the turn for the main pot, and the river killed you because you ended up splitting the side pot ($320). You didn't get quartered though, you lost the $78 you put in the main pot, unless you're messing up the HH.
To answer your questions, I don't think you did wrong, and the river is what hurt you most because that side pot was almost a lock for the high, although there were plenty low cards that could have came on the river and caused the same result (split pot).
When chips go in on the flop in a omaha hi/lo game and the pot is 3-way, there is so much that can happen that honestly I don't know how people's heads don't explode when trying to figure it all out. This one was actually easier than others because there weren't many cards that could make you lose the high, except the 2 5's or a 3rd diamond, and a K would cause a split. For your bad luck, that combination came .
