Playing AK/AQ against a maniac on a board of one suit

Hello, this is my first thread in this section so I would try to be as concrete as possible but if I have ommited something be free to ask me.

Here are the details,

We are playing Tournament composed of 18 players(3 tables 6x).
The money are distributed by the top 3 finishers.
We are on the final table and I have an average stack of about 18BB, where as the villain is the chip lead. His stack is going up and down due to his recless play. He is very agressive. He plays like 8/10 hands and raises with 7 of them.

Here is the situation.

Villain is UTG. All fold. Hero is on button. Hero got AQo. Hero raises 5.5x BB. SB + BB fold. Villain calls from UTG.

Board is 2,5,J all clubs. Hero got no clubs. Villain pushes all in.

Hero's action ? I would most likely fold here due to the reason that I have nothing, not even a draw, and im beaten by almost everything. However, I am pretty sure villain got nothing due to his recless play, and due to the fact that he has stolen 5 out of the 7 pots he raised preflop.

Please give me your analysis. I would like to see some good reasons why should call here with just Ace high

Personally i`m not sure why are you raising 5.5 BB pre flop from the button when you having only 18BB... Should have raised regular 3BBs and then i would fold to the shove by the villan on the flop, here you putting in 5.5 you are left with 12.5 and now the next time you got any good hands its gonna be an all in shove... to answer your question i would have folded on the flop after his all in shove.. he might have nothing but you cant even beat pair of deuces with only 4 outs since you dont want to really see any more clubs since if the villan is on the club draw you are done.. so 4 outs makes this a fold..

Agreed. In these tournies toward the end it's pretty much fold shove poker. As played, I fold with not even a club draw.

Also, this is your first post in the hand analysis section, but a couple of things. This particular hand goes to the tournament section, not the ring one.

Also, some people will find it hard to read all that you wrote without hand history.
If you want to make it easier on yourself, after a tough hand you want to get some opinions on, e-mail the hand history to yourself and copy and paste it on the box. Should save you some time in the future :)

I am sorry on the wrong section, and it was live game thus there is no history. I would try to be more concrete + give as much info as possible in future. Anyway ty for the opinions.

I raised 5.5BB because blinds were escpecially hgh. I though on going all in whatever the flop, due to the fact with AK i got like 60 % to double up safely, and then i could play agressive big stack poker. Anywa ty again for opinions.
