Ok, dumb call pre-flop and probably a bad non-raise on the turn but what do you do here?

Fold preflop
As played, raise that turn

On the river here I don't know what would be best to do, you've screwed yourself completely. Fold and wonder or crying call and possibly get shoved on by HiCard, sucky!!!

1) don't raise A4s from EP

2) raise the turn...don't let the flush draws hit on their terms

3) yikes... unless you know both villains to be extremely LAG this is probably a fold now but if you want to make a crying call expect to be beat most of the time and possibly reraised if they both have flushes.

I'd definately fold the river, I can't see many players raising this river here without the flush into 2 other people.

Bet the flop and see what everyone does with their hand here. Calling may indicate some type of draw here. Fold on the river IMO with that many people in the pot, and a reraise in front of you
