Agreeing with Stefan, especially as he's new to the table. Otherwise if he had seen you playing aggressively earlier it might mean some playing back against you, but as is, fold.

Especially if this is his first hand at the table, this is a reason to call his bluffing ass. Folding here is weak-tight imho. JJ+ generally re-raises, and a lot of the time he'll have a 7 (A7, 78, 67) or a medium pair and wants to see where he's at, or semibluffing with 65. Plus it's a good flop for a c/r bluff since he thinks you'll have unpaired high cards a lot of the time.
