Villain has been at the table for 50 hands is is a total lagtard. 42% vpip with 32% preflop raises (otherwise, I wouldn't three-bet that light). He's betting the flop almost every time.

you have about $2.50 left facing a 0.30 bet into 0.61, i'd just shove. your diamond outs will obviously not be well disguised so i don't think it's a good spot to call, and you have too much equity/some likely fold equity to let it go. pooosh
