The question is what could he be re-raising here with and do I have value calling? I had no reads on the guy, but his stats for the whole session are VPIP = 19.54, PFR = 4.6

Sounds like a set or possibly 2 pair. Of course he could always have 10 8 or Q 8 but I would lean more toward calling here.

At these stakes I'd call because this could easily be trips here instead of full house or even a bluff.

Any 8 might do this, or AQ that spiked a Q on the river. Your straight is not very obvious so there is a good chance they don't even see the possibility, and might even think you are bluffing.
