Villian is 4/4/0 over 100(ish) hands. So ive gotta assume its big here. What do we do ? 3-bet/fold, 3-bet lead any flop, call and c/f, call and see a helpful flop or drop, call see a good flop and lead c/r ? Against most players im 3-betting light, these situations are troublesome.

4/4/0; Wow.

If you see a flop and a catch an A or K, you might still be dead, unless this is AK/QQ. The only "safe" flop is hearts or a straight.

This tight, I woudn't expect 3 betting preflop would have any effect, so I'd vote call, possibly re-raise the flop if it's dangerous flop to an overpair (T97 or something).

well seeing that he is that tight i would reraise to c if he has AA or KK
if he calls u can put him on the same kind of hand as u or maybe QQ,JJ
if he reraises i would have to fold

If you flat call, any reads on whether the BB is likely to come along for the ride and complicate things or, worse, try a squeeze? OOP against two opponents this could get messy.

If I 3-bet this before the flop, it's to make sure I play the pot heads up as much as anything else. Otherwise I lean towards flat call and see a helpful flop or drop.

%4 isn't that tight preflop. Even if he's raising exactly that percent, it equates to 99+, AK+, AQs+. Not only that, but his raise is MP/LP which makes it a slightly wider range, I'd think.

I 3-bet this, bet any flop and shut down if I don't improve. I think we could get some tricky spots, but we'll deal with them when we get there. For now, 3-bet, bet flop. We need the FE with AKs.

I don't think Daddyd McNit here opens up in position so his range is probably the same anywhere at the table. Agree with yoru assesment.

I would 3-bet, fold to a 4-bet, and bet out on the better 50% of flops, check/fold the worst 50%.

I don't like playing AK OOP versus a nit when I don't have much information. It becomes very easy to lose your stack if you hit your A or K and it's no good. If we put in the 3-bet, we can fold to a reraise and gain a lot of confidence that our A or K would be good if he calls. That extra information can be very useful. In general, I don't like to just call OOP, I reraise or fold.

I agree with chuck t here, a 3 bet is probably the only way we will know if hitting an ace or a king is good for us. We c bet any flop and re evaluate then, we fold to a 4 bet pre flop, and if we dont improve fold to a re raise on flop.
