He should fold 0% of his range with your 3 bet sizing, by 3 betting so small you are letting him make the right play by continuing with his junk hands like this, if you 3 bet to at least 3x (.18) here, at least he is making a mistake when he calls you pre. As played Flop and turn are fine, river is also fine although I may even barrel river depending on opponent.

In many of the cases where I have run into your situation, I have normally seen the AK either shove pre-flop, or shove the flop when the Ace is hit. Basically, they are just trying to get a fold so the drawing hands, weak aces and small pairs fold. And sometimes, you just have to fold with one pair.

So, as has been mentioned, you need to 3 bet a larger amount preflop, and you will generally fold out low aces like that. A min 3 bet won't generate folds and then you get into weird situations.

On the river we are getting 3:1 on our call, and with just top pair I don't think I'm going to call in such a big pot. We have shown a lot of strength in our line so it's hard to imagine him betting here with something we can beat. The board definitely hits our range, and he didn't call two streets with air so I don't really think he has that many bluffs here.
