I don't remember suits here, but they weren't important.

Flop: 257

I have 68, and I have villain on an overpair. Villain is first to act and bets $3 into a $8.75 pot. He has $3 left after that bet. I think putting him all-in is a bad play here.

Now, if he had something like AQ, that would mean I have 14 outs, right? So I could easily repush him all in, right?

Thanks for the help.

PF action? Blinds? Why is villian on an overpair? Is your 68 suited or not (either way vs an overpair to you and the board makes you about 2 to 1, but one way is just over 2 to 1, the other is just under 2 to 1).

Based on what we know...I assume worst case he's on an overpair and your 68 is unsuited. If so, then it like 2.1 against you to win. So even if he had shoved his $6 into the $8.75 pot, you'd have had the correct pot odds (2.5ish to 1) to call. Personally I would reraise him all-in for his last $3. If we're wrong on his holding, he might (incorrectly) fold. And even if he does call with that overpair, the play looks to be +ev (heh, or am I just that tired? ;)).

imo. :)

Is calling realy a good idea here? I mean if you call, and turn's a blank, and he ships it in then what? You can't fold, and yet you'll look dumb for calling here, instead of repopping him on the flop. Atleast that's my take on it, if he's got such a small roll just ship the rest in and hope to hit, that's all I can say .

My 68 was suited, but the board was a rainbow with no hearts, that's why I found it unimportant. Miu, that was my thought process exactly.
