I was dealt AQ suited in the cutoff. The action started with an early limp. Next was a raise from a pretty tight player that I play with alot. I reraised to get an idea of what he was holding and to my surprise the early caller called two bets. Then the original raiser capped the betting. I called and so did the early player. So from playing with him before he only caps with AA-QQ. I am going to put the early caller on Ax-Q10. The Flop came K10J rainbow.......and I have the nuts. The action followed check, OR(original raiser) bets, I call, early calls. Turn 7, and it is now impossible to be beat by a flush. The action goes check, bet, I call, early calls. The river brings a 4, I know have an unbeatable hand. Action goes, check, bet, I raise, early folds and OR calls. He flips over AA and I take home a nice pot. Any comments......

I agree I would of raised the turn but if you did, he might not of bet the river so you might not of actually won another bet, but I still would've started raising on the turn.

I couldn't have said it any better. I would have raised the turn, because 1) even the original caller might have paid to see one more card 2) the raiser would have to call 3) it's limit :p . True, the raiser might have just checked on the river, but he also 'probably' would have called your bet. So could be a case of '6 of one, half dozen of the other'.

And with just one more bet to call on the river (rather than your re-raise), the original caller might also have called. With a tight player limping under the gun, and a reraiser, and a high card flop (and you not having any of those cards), you know someone hit something. But ya never know, quite possibly you extracted as much as you were gonna, no matter what you did.
