With the 1/1.3 you gotta think you're beat. Maybe you should raise Django rather than calling on turn... eliminate bluff possibility behind you. Think you played it a little weak... why not bet that flop?

There's not much that calls a bet which I beat.

It's a good fold. I don't see anything you beat. KQ, AT, AJ, TT, JJ, AK all beat you.

Yeah I thought when he pushed he had a full boat probably doubt he would push that fast on a broadway.

Do you realise that, at time of posting, this thread has had around 100 views ?

I wonder how many misinterpreted the title and expected something salacious. ;)

I'm not necessarily saying it's a bad fold, but all of you who say you can't find a hand that BJ beats, you surely must be giving villain credit for having at least a straight. Why isn't this villain betting his straight in position on that flop? Or, if he has a full house, why isn't he protecting his extremely vulnerable two pair or set on the flop?

Either his flop play makes no sense or his turn play makes no sense. I'd like to see some reasoning behind why "KQ, AT, AJ, TT, JJ, AK" constitute the range for villain based on his flop check.

Fwiw, put me in the club who don't understand our flop check. If this is $50NL, I think you're giving your opponents way too much credit if you think that they won't call at least a half-pot bet with a hand like KJ on this flop. Django plays his hand like QQ or KK, betting the turn when the risk of one of you two having an ace goes down a lot.

After you call the bet on the turn, what do you suppose akbjohan puts you on and what's his massive overbet designed to do?

I get where you're coming from FP. My thought after I folded was that I gave a guy who plays 47% of hands way too much credit. He was probably on Ace-rag at best, although it's possible he decided to slowplay a flopped straight. I was getting 2:1 on a call so maybe I made a bad fold.

Maybe. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it though. :)
