I'm putting him at two pair or queen jack, not a lot of info is the guy loose or tight. Does he push in a lot. Is this a ring table or tournment? Need more info

Didn't see the flush on the board, don't think he be playing the flush as he was betting the whole round, but who knows

AsQs is very possible here if he's decent enough to bet it.

5s6s and As5s are also very possible.

You can't can't call this as I don't see what you are beating apart from a complete bluff and it's not that often enough to make it a profitable call.

Could be he was playing a small pocket pair and hit trips. He could have been playing A5 and hit the straight also. There are many things to consider here. He could also be trying to push you off the pot too. The question is do you call or not?
