Was I wrong? I know I lost but he chased... he said he had many outs to chase.

I raise flop. He just defended his blind so his range is kind of wide and there are way too many draws out. Plus if he's just got top pair or 99 or something, there's a good chance he'll go broke with it now because it's 25NL, but he'll be too wary once you let a likely overcard hit.

If you're just going to call the flop for whatever reason, shove on the turn is fine.

I guess $1 isnt a strong enough raise to get him of 610s preflop.

and why would you WANT him to fold T6s OOP preflop?

Raise the flop here and get it all in.
