I am not a limit specialist, but the river bet was unnecessary imo. I think that check calling would be the better play because your opponent indicated strength on the flop (even though he still did not have you beat. I am check-calling the river to minimize my losses and I still win a fairly sizable pot if I have the best hand.
Tip: Do not post the results of the hand in order to get a better analysis of the hand. Maybe post the hand like this:

Yep I think you played this hand well to the river but as royal says, river is a chk/call in my book.

I think you most definately could have plaid this hand better...

Because this is limit there's not much more you could do past your initial raise.

*** FLOP *** K♣ 4♦ J♥
IProto: bets $0.10
EchoDivision: raises $0.10 to $0.20
IProto: calls $0.10
Here's your first mistake. The initial Bet is spot on to find out where your at, but when you get bumped back, instead of Re-Raising you simply call and represent weakness. Your holding a strong hand with Bullets and although there's a lot of hands that could beat you at this point, there' no way for you to know whether your really beat. However, if you had pushed EchoDivision's Raise you might have gained some insight into the strength of his hand, because he would have most likely just called (a high probability given that he was holding TPBK).

*** TURN *** K♣ 4♦ J♥ 8♥
IProto: checks
It looks like your scared and unsure of what to do. There is now a Flush Draw and Straight Draw on the board and your checking with Aces. I could appreciate this maybe, if your intent was to set up a Check/Raise. Sadly...

EchoDivision: bets $0.20
IProto: calls $0.20
...that wasn't your plan.

*** RIVER *** K♣ 4♦ J♥ 8♥ 4♥
IProto: bets $0.20
Now that the Flush is realized, you finally break out of your shell and bet, the only problem is that the Flush Threat has materialized and it looks like your representing that you've got a Heart Flush. Bad idea in Limit.

EchoDivision: raises $0.20 to $0.40
Even if EchoDivision didn't have the Flush, he's likely to be calling and since you played this hand so passively, there's really no way for you to know where you are at in the hand. In this round you should have simply Check/Called.

IProto: calls $0.20
Pretty much a foregone conclusion at this point.

Thanks for the feedback. I've just started playing limit recently and I'm finding it a bit different than NL. Given I'm not great at NL either but I'm at least a bit more familiar with it. Browsing through these forums there seems to be a good amount of players who know a thing or two. I'll have to keep this site on my list =).
