Sure, I'll give it a shot.
Two-pair hands are kinda funny because you have to target hands to get your value from. In this particular hand you are hoping to get your value from a pair of A's or other GS draws. Since this pot is very multiway I think it is a good play to bet out as you don't want to risk giving a free card to this many players and you have a strong hand. However, since I don't expect this flop to get checked through very often I can see the merits of putting in a check if you expect your opponents to bet with a weak A.
Now, on the turn your pot looks like it should be 8 left and you started with 9. This means you have put in 1/10 of your stack so you need to decide whether or not you will expect to make money if you end up AI. If you decide that it is you should make a big bet to try to head towards that goal. I figure you will get paid off with one pair at this level so I am for betting the turn. He may have a worse two pair or some sort of gutshot and if he will willing to put in money with those hands then you should bet. You put in a pot sized bet which is fine and will leave you with 1 more PSB on the river. When he raised you it sure does look funny since it indicates extreme strength but you should go ahead and move in. You shouldn't really expect to be ahead a ton here but you will see 53 and A3 and 44 type hands often enough, imo.
EDIT: I think it is worth noting that hands like this is why playing OOP sucks. I would actually not complete with this hand preflop.
