No stats (cause I play HU with no HUD) but villain is bad. I took a stack from him 15 hands ago with top2 v his flush draw (all-in on turn). I've been suitably aggro for the entire match which is only about 35 hands. I had cbet almost every flop to this point.

Snap call?

Fistpump?

Seems pretty standard WV. I can't see me ever folding 2pr to a bad player HU. I mean I'm struggling to fold this to a decent player in all honesty.

Likely hands for villain, air, worst 2pr, Jx and obv some sets, poss QJ and doubtful AK. So yeah fist pump imo.

I would call here. Whenever I see someone take a line like this and I look them up I see quite a bit of air, and sometimes they have like 3rd pair or a bluffcatcher or something that they figure is no longer good, so they try and push you off something better. That said you will be behind a certain % of the time but I think you'll be ahead more often than not.

ye I snap call here, if he is aggro enough to stack a flush draw on the turn, here his line makes no sense for any hand whatsoever tbh, T,5, j,t are only hands that kinda make sense to value bet here, but i don't see what he can logically have here to beat us

Ok, I thought this was an easy call and I did.

He showed 57 for 3rd pair no kicker. He then proceeded to berate me for calling, saying there is no way he'd ever call without at least top 2, how I'm a lucky donk, etc.

I didn't respond because I was hoping he'd reload again but alas he just left. Figured I'd post it here real quick and see if I was way off base with my call (I do have a bit of a station streak). I thought it was right but figured I post to confirm.

Thanks guys.

BTW do you think he's more likely to reload if I fight back in chat or just sit quiet? I think the answer to that is closer than the decision to call his bet.

as far as HU verbals go, I feel that making sarcy comments back tend to tilt opponents more than anything, and talking is more likely to get them to stay

I'll try that next time.
