It's going to be next to impossible to get any action unless he has a flush or straight, or at least a set (which he probably doesn't have given that board) or a powerful draw. Your best bet is to bet a third of the pot. That way, if he has a high club, he'll think he's getting the right odds
to draw to the flush (although he's drawing dead, muhahahaha). Also has the advantage that it looks like a weak bet. If he already has a flush he'll raise you, also maybe if he has a straight.
Then if he calls, you're hoping for a club on the river. If it comes, overbet the pot. Otherwise, a risky but potentially profitable option would be to check the river and hope he bets, then raise all-in a la Hansen vs Negreanu. I'd probably just stick a value bet in on the river though and hope he has a hand.
