On a ringgame 10c/20c blinds sat in MP i'm dealt 78 suited being a few dollars up i call to see a flop of 2 5 6 rainbow,it's checked round to me where i bet the min 20c four people still in the hand of which 2 fold and two call, the turn card is a 9 looking good i think(4 diff suits so no flush draw)the 1st to act bets $1 then i raise it to $2 the next folds then i am reraised $5 i have to hope this guy has a smaller str8 or the same hand as me or maybe he has a set and he's chasing a full house i decide to move allin and hope the board does not pair up,the other guy now lets his time run down then at the last second he calls and the board pairs up and he gets his full house..Did i play this hand wrong should i have just called and when the board paired up just fold,or was i just unlucky..
This has happened a few times just lately.

At this point you've got the nut straight so you want to get your chips in, calling is a mistake I think. I like the shove since it puts the pressure on him. His raise may also just be indicative of two pair or an over pair of some form. I think the end result is you got unlucky. Meh, it happens. You may want to consider a bigger reraise on the turn. It probably won't chase a set, but if someone is hanging on with a weak top pair or even two pair it may scare them out.

The only things I didn't like are minbetting on the flop. (It has no purpose, just check). And minraising on the flop, you have the best hand and someone is showing interest in this pot, make them pay for it. As for the allin, if you're not ready to put our money in with the nuts, you're shouldn't play poker. If he sucks out on you, so be it.
