??????????????????????????

Guy raises everything preflop and often bets out with non-nuts.
Basically i learned the rules of Omaha yesterday so i royally suck and would like some help. If this is only for hold em then sorry delete it. And sorry about not using the hand history but im still at the table so...also im sure the whole turn call was a pretty bad play, HOWEVER, it is easily the best omaha hand i've ever had so i didn't want to throw it away to that bet :(

umm, why the call on the turn? all in and a call generally means that someone has atleast trips or even a full house that has u drawing dead
i fold the turn but seeing that u called, i think u have to check it here, too many hands beat you

PS: ur HH hurts my eyes

Ok thanks. Yea i did everything completely wrong then. I ended up leading out on the river then having to call his shove (which wasn't that much more) and he showed Aces full of 6s. Although i still believe he would have played the same with any ace (probably just call tho not raise). My logic was that im only beaten by AJ/A6 and AK (not likely). I knew he had an ace just hoped he didn't have one of those hands.

So (although i should fold turn) i should just check call here in this situation?

I'll say one thing about omaha tho...I am a TOTAL donkey at omaha hi and after 2 days of playing i can tear up 10 PL because the players are just terrible beyond belief. Seems a very good game to make money in cash games because most ppl overrate their hands way too much.

Honestly unless you hit a set on a flush free, straight free board this hand is generally worthless postflop. It's a hand that looks pretty and you will hit your set on the flop @ 21% of the time but you really should have been done with the hand when anyone bet on the turn. What site are you playing on?
